On May 22, Welcome Willie Crosby for a Hands-On Shiitake Log Workshop.

Willie is the founder of Fungi Ally He has been a mushroom grower, researcher and educator since 2012. On Sunday, May 22, Willie will lead two hands-on workshops, teaching us how to inoculate hardwood logs with shiitake mushrooms. Join us at Andrews Farm. You can choose the morning from 10:00 to 12:00, or the afternoon from 2:00 to 4:00. Then take home a log and watch your mycelium grow!

Enter the farm on Berry Patch Lane. Park at the end, next to the Marina F. Andrews Community Garden.
